At The Forager’s Cabinet, orders are prepared with care and intention. Please review our shipping policy before placing an order.
1. Processing Time
Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days.
Because many items are handcrafted or prepared in small batches, processing times may vary slightly during peak seasons or high-volume periods.
You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Methods & Rates
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
At this time, we ship within the United States only.
3. Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times are provided by the shipping carrier and are not guaranteed.
Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather conditions, or other factors beyond our control are not the responsibility of The Forager’s Cabinet.
4. Lost or Delayed Packages
If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the shipping carrier directly.
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they are marked as delivered.
If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine next steps.
5. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses
Please ensure your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Packages returned due to address errors may require additional shipping fees to be resent.
6. Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.
To assist with evaluation, photos of the damaged packaging and product may be requested.
