At The Forager’s Cabinet, all products are prepared and handled with care. Due to the nature of herbal remedies and personal care items, all sales are final unless otherwise stated below.


 

 1. All Sales Final

For health, safety, and quality reasons, we do not accept returns or offer refunds on any products once an order has been placed.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Herbal remedies

  • Salves, oils, tinctures, teas, and personal care items

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Sale or discounted items


 

2. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders

While products are non-refundable, we want you to receive the correct item in good condition.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery so we can review the issue.

In these cases, we may, at our discretion:

  • Replace the item at no additional cost, or

  • Issue store credit

To assist with resolution:

  • Proof of purchase is required

  • Photos of the issue may be requested


 

3. Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, we are not responsible for delays or delivery errors caused by the shipping carrier.

If a package is confirmed as lost in transit by the carrier, please contact us so we can review the situation and determine next steps.

 


 

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are non-refundable.

 


 

5. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
